Our typical turn around time is 2-4 weeks. We do have “Rush
Jobs” available for last minute gifts and unforeseen
events such as a death in the family. Back to top.
How long does it take for you to complete
another project such as VHS to DVD, or converting my pictures
to digital form?
It depends on the job really. Some time it’s as little
as 24 hours. But larger jobs require more time. Upon a request
for one of our services, you will receive an estimate on
the time it will take to complete. Back to top.
What kind of photos can I provide? Will
you accept slides and negatives?
We will accept ANY kind of photograph. Digital is preferred
due to its higher quality, but we can convert all kinds
of photos. Slides are very common for us. What better way
to preserve those old memories then putting them into a
Video-Album. Back to top.
If I send you pictures and/or slides,
will I get the digital copy back as well as the one used
for the Video?
You can choose to not organize your materials. We will then
do our best to put them in a logical order. But we will
ask you to select a style, such as chronological, event
related, etc. Back to top.
You can order as many copies of the DVD as you like! Check
out “Additional Copies” under our pricing section
for more information. Back to top.
Will you keep a copy of my DVD in case
I decide to order more later?
We will keep a master copy of your order for 1 year. Just
in case you decide that you would like another copy after
you have viewed your DVD. You can request that we do not
keep a copy of course. Back to top.
What about titles, captions and credits?
We will include as many titles, captions, credits, and other
word layovers that you request. This is just one of our
many free services provided when you order a Video-Album.
Yes. All you have to do is provide us the sound file that
you want to use (CD, tape, mp3 etc.) and instruct your video
consultant how to use it in the Video-Album. Back to top.
